1. Acceptance of Terms

By using steamy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

steamy is a motivational quote application designed for students. The app provides personalized quotes, mood tracking, and customization features. Some features require a premium subscription.

3. User Accounts

You may use steamy without creating an account. If you choose to provide personal information during onboarding, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for data stored on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

steamy offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store settings.

6. User Content

You may create custom quotes within the app. You retain ownership of content you create. You agree not to create content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, code, and original content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Quotes displayed in the app are attributed to their respective authors and are used for educational and inspirational purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Copy, modify, or distribute the app's content without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The quotes and content are for motivational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any features at any time without notice.
